Yi Crafts: Chinese Knot and Braided Macramé Bracelet Workshop

Celebrate the Dragon Boat Festival through a relaxing hands-on workshop exploring traditional Chinese knotting and braided bracelet-making techniques. Participants will learn a selection of classic Chinese knot styles, including friendship knots, flat knots, and decorative braided patterns, while creating their own colourful "Five-Coloured Rope" bracelet inspired by Duanwu Festival traditions.

Using a variety of threads, beads, and charms, each participant will design and make personalised bracelets to take home. The workshop is open to beginners and welcomes anyone interested in craft, cultural traditions, and slow making.

All materials will be provided.
