About the event
The ESEACC Luncheon Club team invites you to a community workshop on Sunday 14th June. Learn how to wrap zongzi (粽子) - sticky rice dumplings that are eaten on Dragon Boat Festival or Duanwu (端午節). You can choose to fill your dumplings with meat or vegetarian filling, using traditional ingredients such as pork belly, salted egg, mung beans and Chinese mushrooms.
No previous experience necessary! Our volunteer teachers will guide you in learning how to wrap the perfect dumpling.
Pricing: £20/workshop, pay by card or cash on the day (take two dumplings home). Additional dumpling - £3 or 4 for £10.
