🍽️ MENU & SCHEDULE

6:30–7:30PM WELCOME COCKTAIL HOUR

Oeil (aka Inappropriatefoodthoughts) is London’s newest bartender out of Low Country, one of Time Out’s Top 50 Bars in London. She’ll be mixing two custom cocktails just for this event:

🍸 TINI AND MIGHTY: Pandan vodka martini. Dry with a lychee twist.

🫖 SPILL THE TEA: Pandan-infused sparkling shou mei tea with a touch of lychee. (Non-alc)

7:30PM: KAMAYAN: 8 Courses served family style by Swilipino and Celestial Peach with lots and lots of rice!

🐟 DON’T FLIP THE FUCKING FISH: whole stuffed fish grilled in banana leaf

🎄 DECK THE BALLS: lychees filled with prawn paste

🐷 PUSH PIGGY PUSH: lechon, mustard

🦃 DON’T SERVE ME DRY ASS TURKEY: Xmassy spice-infused poached chicken

🥬 BRUSSELS SPROUTS DONE RIGHT: wok-fried sprouts with chestnuts

🍇 GRAPE EXPECTATIONS: 12 grape salad, assorted veg, calamansi & bagoong dressing

🥔 ROASTIES WITH THE MOSTIES: fully loaded roast potatoes
