About the event
ESEA Cooks is back with another supperclub event! This time, we are collaborating with @angelahuii - writer, cook and author of Takeaway - to bring you our very first Tofu Pudding (豆腐花) Party!
Come join us for a family style lunch, sharing both savoury and sweet tofu pudding, and accompanying sides, including homemade youtiao (油条).Additionally, if you’d like to join as a cooking or set up/cleaning volunteer, there are limited spots available (meal included).Date: 30 August 2025Time: 1-3PMPrice: - Diners: £30 per person (£20 concession for students, unemployed, pensioners, elderly, and CCCC members)- Volunteers (for cooking OR set-up/cleaning): £15 per personAddress: Camden Chinese Community Centre, 9 Tavistock Place, WC1H 9SNPart of our proceeds will be donated to UN World Food Programme Palestine to support the ongoing humanitarian aid efforts in Gaza and the West Bank.

- Savoury tofu pudding (toppings choice: chilli oil, black vinegar, pickled radish, fried shallots, spring onion)
- Youtiao (fried dough)
- Tofu noodle salad
- Char siu
- Sweet tofu pudding (toppings choice: ginger syrup, red bean, brown sugar boba, grass jelly, mini homemade taro and sweet potato tong yuan balls)
