The Grand Nine Feast

The Grand Nine (Gau Dai Gwai) is the OG Cantonese feast — made for sharing, celebrating, and flexing abundance. This Lunar New Year, we’ve teamed up with Circle13 and remixed this legendary spread with modern flavours, disco glamour, and our own lucky twist.

Our feasting menu brings Lunar New Year classics to the party — starting the party with classic Prosperity Toss (yes, you toss it yourself: the higher and messier, the luckier the year) to brand-new creations like Lobster XO Risotto. It’s all served alongside beloved Disco signatures, including our crowd-favourite Nam Yu Crispy Pork.

From the bar, we’ve teamed up with Circle13 this New Year to shake up Disco Herbal Tea Shop — a cocktail menu inspired by Chinese herbal medicine, where healing ingredients meet classic cocktails. Three not-so-classic zero-proof herbal teas, spirited versions of each, and a lineup of classic cocktails finished with a distinctly Cantonese edge. Think Hoisin Cobbler with Shaoxing wine, or Szechuan Pepper Paloma.

Rooted in centuries of Cantonese tradition, the Grand Nine, or 九大簋, represents the ultimate celebratory feast. Traditionally served at village banquets, weddings, and festive gatherings, this lavish spread of nine signature dishes symbolizes abundance, harmony, and enduring prosperity.

In Chinese culture, the number nine signifies longevity and completeness — a blessing for a full and flourishing year ahead.
