Projekt Utopia 2026: Imagine Flavours
An intimate supper club from theatre company Projekt Utopia, where Thai chef Neil Eakapong (aka Bangkok Delivery Boy) cooks a menu built on the recipes and techniques he learned in his grandmother's kitchen. Over dinner, migrant artists lead a conversation about how moving across borders shapes imagination, identity and creative practice. For anyone who likes their food served alongside a proper conversation.

Drawing on the recipes, techniques and traditions passed down in his grandmother’s kitchen, Neil’s cooking is a celebration of authentic Thai flavours and the stories they carry.
