Growing up in Taiwan, niu rou mian (beef noodle soup) was always an ultimate comfort and indulgence for Vicky from Yang’s Noods. Picking at small appetiser plates, building anticipation while waiting for the star of the show, a steaming bowl of beef noodle soup, to finally arrive at the table. It’s a memory that has stayed with her ever since.

Now, Vicky brings her own take on this Taiwanese classic. Expect her signature thick, hand-pulled five-spice noodles paired with a deeply rich, flavourful broth, alongside appetisers inspired by those nostalgic beginnings.
