Neither animal nor plant- mushrooms cannot roam, nor create energy through photosynthesis. Instead, they absorb and transform their surroundings into their umbrella-shaped bodies. Yet their aroma stands out unmistakably, captivating humanity's palate for generations.

This evening, we pay homage to our beloved ingredient-Mushroom / Kabute / 버섯 - Beoseot.

Featuring Filipino/Korean dishes and a dessert crafted with mushrooms that have absorbed the essence of British soil. As winter sun grows shorter, Let us, like fungis, absorb and charge from the energy of our surroundings and savor the evening together near a warm fire.
