Mint on Tour 2025

We are proud to present a rich selections of award-winning Chinese films & women’s cinema from Asia, touring across Northern England from Sep 22 to Nov 30.

You will have the chance to immerse yourself in the 6 award-winning and selected films from the 3rd MINT Chinese Film Festival 2025, including 𝘾𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙤𝙬𝙣 𝘾𝙝𝙖-𝘾𝙝𝙖(2024), 𝙆𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙑𝙞𝙤𝙡𝙚𝙩(2023), 𝘼𝙣 𝙐𝙣𝙛𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙨𝙝𝙚𝙙 𝙁𝙞𝙡𝙢(2024), 𝙎𝙖𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙁𝙖𝙘𝙚(2004), 𝙁𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙠𝙚𝙣𝙛𝙞𝙨𝙝 𝙗𝙮 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙍𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙧(2024), and 𝙏𝙞𝙢𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙗𝙚 𝙎𝙩𝙧𝙤𝙣𝙜(2024). Our line-up also features the MINT Short Film Strand‘𝙒𝙤𝙢𝙖𝙣, 𝙎𝙣𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙇𝙤𝙫𝙚’𝙨 𝘽𝙞𝙩𝙚’.

Furthermore, we includes two powerful works exploring themes of intimacy and motherhood: 𝙈𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙖 𝙈𝙤𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙣 𝙈𝙤𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙝𝙤𝙤𝙙(2024) by emerging Hong Kong female filmmaker Oliver Siu Kuen Chan @oliver.chansiukuen , and 𝘽𝙚𝙡 𝘼𝙢𝙞(2024), the latest film from Golden Horse-winning director Geng Jun @gengjun76 .
