Abby Lee and the Mambow team take over the kitchen at Southern Thai grill Kolae for one night only, cooking the dishes and cooking traditions of the Thai-Malay border. All a la carte, with collaborative drinks, bar snacks and larger-format specials. Book ahead or take your chances on a walk-in counter seat.

Mambow x Kolae // Tuesday 8th September.
@abby_lee_chef and the @mambow_ldn team are joining us in the kitchen for one night only, cooking a special menu focused on the dishes and cooking traditions of the Thai-Malay border.
All à la carte on the night, so just grab a table.
Expect collaborative drinks, bar snacks and some larger-format specials too.
Dinner only. Book ahead, or drop in on the night. We’ll be holding back all counter seats and our front tables for walk-ins.
