Ma-har-lika – meaning noble class, warrior & freedman in the ancient Filipino language,
symbolising the independence and power of Filipinos from their colonial history.
A cultural evening highlighting the UK-Filipino communities. Showcasing original British-Filipino short films
led by the 3rd wave of UK-Filipino artists. Plus, live artist interviews, Q&As and panel discussions – exploring creativity,
resilience, and the power of untold stories.
