About Amp & Cable Sessions:

Amp & Cable Sessions is more than just a musical night; it’s a  celebration of authentic artistry and community spirit. From 6:00 PM to  9:45 PM, witness an array of singer-songwriters as they take the stage,  each delivering a unique and heartfelt performance. Expect a spectrum of  acoustic sounds that will captivate and inspire, set against the  backdrop of Hoxton’s artistic landscape.

Event Highlights:

• Live Acoustic Performances: Starting promptly at  6:00 PM, the evening kicks off with a series of live acoustic sets by  emerging and established singer-songwriters. These artists will share  their personal stories through music, offering a deep and engaging  experience until 9:45 PM. The performances are interspersed with short  breaks, allowing for reflection and interaction.

• DJ Set: Following the acoustic performances, a DJ  will take over from 9:45 PM until midnight. This seamless transition will keep the energy flowing, encouraging guests to enjoy a diverse  range of tracks and keep the festivities alive.

• Networking and Community: Amp & Cable  Sessions is crafted to facilitate meaningful connections. Whether you’re  a musician, producer, artist, or music enthusiast, this event provides  the perfect setting to meet new people, exchange ideas, and explore  potential collaborations. The atmosphere is relaxed yet vibrant,  fostering both casual conversations and professional networking.

  About Loie:  Loie is a refreshing  artist, writer, and multi-instrumentalist from South East London that  you must tune in to. With a focus on live sound, Loie combines Soul,  R&B, and her roots in jazz to craft her tender and unique sound.  As  a BRIT School alumni, Loie has been drawn to blending genres, sonics,  and harmony arranging. Her creative approach has no doubt been  influenced by a unique cultural upbringing, raised in a creative  household in the heart of Brixton with a mixed family heritage of  Chinese-Trinidadian and British.  ‘I’m often inspired by all the  delicate nuances in life. I like to sample nature, conversations &  unrehearsed moments in the studio. They can capture the moment perfectly  and transport you to that feeling.’  Loie collaborated with many  of the UK’s most talented writers, musicians, and Grammy-nominated  producers to craft her successful debut EP, ‘What We Become,’  self-released in April 2023. With news of an LP on the horizon, keep an  eye out for this future female icon because she’s just getting started.
