Fresh from the line at Papi, Naughty Piglets, and Ken’s, Eric has been cooking his way around London (and beyond) with Lá Lốt - a pop-up that blends his Chinese-Vietnamese roots with flavours picked up along the way.

His food’s big on punch, packed with umami, and not shy with the spice. On 8 & 9 August, he’ll be firing up the grill here at Table 464 for a rare Dalston takeover. Expect smoky meats, spicy seafood and juicy wines all night long!!!!
