The next  “Finding Joy” supperclub is next Saturday 27 April! A and I had a blast serving you last month and are looking forward to serving you again! The beef noodle soup was pretty damn good if I may say so myself! And if you missed my last TFC pop-up and cannot pop over to Paris this Sunday,  this is your chance to have some! Plus extra bits like homemade crispy blood cake! It’s also the *ONLY PLACE* in London you can try the iconic Taiwanese night market dessert, the “fire & ice” tang yuan over shaved ice! 💥Details: When: Saturday, 27 April @ 12:30pm Where: My home. Address will be shared once confirmed with payment What: Noodles, fried chicken, my bad jokes and laughs Price: £48pp, NO BOOKING FEE BYOB💥 Menu: A welcome cocktail - Gold rush Starter: Taiwanese fried chicken, pickled mustard green stems, crispy basil, house seasoning 鹹酥雞 Main: Taiwanese beef noodle soup, 16hr slow braised shin of beef and tendon, blanched greens, fermented cabbage 雙寶牛肉麵 Served with cold sides: Korean mayak eggs, braised dried tofu, smacked cucumber with chilli peanut oil 麻藥雞蛋，涼拌豆乾，拍黃瓜 Dessert: “Fire & Ice” black sesame tangyuan with osmanthus honey syrup over shaved ice 冰火湯圓 There may be last minute changes to menu due to availability of ingredients. it  will not be possible to change the menu or cater specifically for any  allergies or dietary requirements.
