About the event
F.T.F is a project by Tintin and Dow, who also run their individual ventures, Ginn Khao and Swilipino. They are now focusing more regularly on F.T.F, a collaboration that blends their Filipino and Thai backgrounds — finding bridges between the cuisines, celebrating their shared elements, and weaving together their favourite aspects of each, all shaped by their own personal perspective.
Their menu showcases seasonal, fresh produce, combining Filipino and Thai flavours with some European influences.
