ESEA Sisters in Nature: Summer Potluck Picnic 2025

For this event we welcome our ESEA Sisters to bring +1s who are allies of the community, they could be a partner, a friend or a family member - little ones are most definitely welcome! We expect all attendees to adhere to our community guidelines - no abuse, harassment, racism, sexism, ableism, homophobia or transphobia.

Both ESEA Sisters and Allies are required to sign up so we have an idea of numbers to expect on the day.

What to bring with you and keep in mind

• A dish of your choice!

• Water to stay hydrated

• A mat/blanket to sit on

• Dogs are welcome ! However, please use judgement around keeping dogs on leads, especially in crowded areas. Some members may be uncomfortable around dogs, so be mindful and considerate of others.

How we keep our events safe

• An event specific WhatsApp group chat that we use to communicate with each other on the day to ensure the group is together and that everyone is okay.

• We do not share details of the location on Instagram for safety reasons. Further information of where/when we meet will be shared directly with you closer to the date of the walk.

• By registering to attend this event you agree to your contact details being shared with ESEA Sisters for organising purposes.
