ESEA Sisters in Nature: Saunter & Sauna 2026

☀️ As summer unfolds, join us for an intimate gathering to slow down, reconnect with familiar faces and make new friends, as well as enjoy each other's presence 💐

This half day experience will begin with an optional lunch social, followed by a short walk. In the late afternoon, we'll move into a private sauna session accessible only to ESEA Sisters. This session will invite us to soften, rest, and restore, allowing our body and mind to unwind in warmth and stillness.

This is a space for connection and mutual support. A space to gather, reflect and carry forward a sense of collectiveness into the season ahead.

What to bring: appropriate outdoor footwear, waterproof layers, snacks and water. For the sauna: two towels, bathing suit, flip flops.

This event is for East and South East Asian (ESEA) women, trans, non-binary, and queer folks only.
