Step into a carefully curated evening where bold flavours, warmth, and harmony come together in a menu inspired by Chinese culinary tradition in Singapore — served in a stunning, intimate venue in London.
At the centre of the night: premium, whole live Singapore black pepper crab. Sourced live and cooked to order, experience the natural texture, sweetness, and fully intact richness of crab the way it’s meant to be eaten: cracked and devoured with your own hands. Our gingery Singapore 'Hei Hei' Pepper Sauce clings to every crevice, waiting to be mopped up with deep-fried mantous or jasmine rice. It’s tactile, bold, and wonderfully fun — the kind of meal that demands a napkin or three, and zero self-consciousness. Eating this way is a rare thing in London, and we're transporting you to Singapore with this experience.
The four-course menu is grounded in the traditional Chinese concept of balancing heaty and cooling foods — not just for flavour, but for how they make you feel. From the spicy warmth of ginger and garlic, to the cooling freshness of silky tofu and seaweed, every element is designed to create contrast, harmony, and depth.
The supper club is set in an atmospheric, beautiful private venue, creating space to connect. Each guest will also go home with a curated goodie bag — a small collection of thoughtful items to carry the experience forward.
MENU:
House Special Tofu 'Goreng' a hawker-inspired starter featuring a fried tofu, apple & beansprout salad, dressed in our vegan house 'Rojak' dressing made with our ‘Giga’ Ginger-Garlic Chilli Sauce.
Grandma's Nourishing Egg Drop Seaweed Soup with Shrimp a soothing, protein-rich broth layered with texture and tradition — where umami shrimp and egg are balanced by mineral-rich seaweed.
Whole Black Pepper Crab served with Deep Fried Mantou Buns & White Jasmine Rice Cooked live, cracked and served whole — this signature crab dish is peppery, punchy, and aromatic with ginger. Served with fluffy jasmine rice and golden fried mantous to mop up every drop.
Tofu Pudding with Toppings by TOFU FUN a gently sweet finish — soft, silky, and cooling — designed to reset the palate.
Each guest will walk home with a goodie bag to carry the experience back home.
