A table inspired by Taiwan, family memories, and new beginnings.
I’m so excited to invite you to my first Taiwanese supper club in Margate.
Through five courses, I’ll be sharing my own interpretation of Taiwanese flavours—shaped by the food I grew up with, family memories, and the new chapter I’ve been building in the UK.
