CCCC x Min Muang

Camden Chinese Community Centre (CCCC) have something special to announce. We met Min through our first ever ESEA  Cooks for the Community supper club back in January where we were struck  by his knowledge, kindness and calm in the kitchen as he supported the  volunteer team to help prepare the meals. We only found out at the end  of the night that Min is Head Chef at @lahpet one of London's only restaurants to specialise in authentic Burmese cooking, consistently rated 5* and regarded highly by @gracedent as her “safe space” We  really enjoyed meeting, cooking and learning together, so much so that  the volunteer team decided to go out for dinner the other week. In  between the spice, we hatched an idea for our next event…and here we  are. Min is officially taking over our CCCC kitchen on Saturday 23rd  March 2024 for a 5 course Burmese sharing meal and we cannot wait. We  are in for a very special night of story-telling, exploration and  sharing with our dear friend @minsan_______ . Limited spaces - link in bio to sign up!
