BARBECUE COLLAB: SWILIPINO X LÁ LỐT

Introducing our first ever barbecue COLLAB on Saturday, 2 August between two of our favourite chefs: Lá Lốt by Eric Wan and Swilipino by Tintin Jonsson.

The evening will feature a 6-course menu packed with unapologetic Vietnamese, Chinese, and Filipino barbecue flavours.

Highlights include Chef Tintin’s char-grilled scallops in a Bicol Express coconut chilli butter, Chef Eric’s butterflied whole mackerel with lemongrass sa tế, and to finish: shaved ice, topped with caramelised fruits and condensed milk.

A ticket also includes a welcome glass of wine, with a curated selection of wines available for purchase on the day courtesy of our friends Otros Vinos.

We’ve exclusively hired out the garden at the ESEA Community centre in Dalston for what will be the very first time these two chefs collaborate. All friends are welcome, tickets are first come, first served until sold out!

- Char Grilled Scallops in the Shell, Bicol Express Sauce, Coconut, Chili, Shrimp Paste, Butter

- Piyanggang Blackened Coconut Chicken

- Ash Baked Root Vegetables

- Butterflied Whole Mackerel, Lemongrass Sa Tế, Herb Salad

- This event is not BYOB, drinks will be available for purchase.

- Tickets are 50% refundable if cancellation notice is given more than 14 days before this event. After this, tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to a friend.
