AYLA: A New Musical in Concert

In a world where nature is dying and fire means survival, two peoples stand on the brink of war. Ayla, heir to the fire-keeping Kogallisk, has been raised to defend her tribe and preserve its traditions. But she already sees what others refuse to face: their world is changing, and the old ways can no longer protect them as they once did.

When Ayla encounters Mohr, a hunter from the rival Pana, the human cost of that division becomes impossible to ignore. As the Long Night approaches and violence threatens to consume both peoples, Ayla must decide what kind of leader she is prepared to become — and how far she will go to challenge the world she has inherited.

Following the release of its concept album, which is reaching a growing international audience, AYLA: A New Musical comes to The Other Palace for a one-night-only semi-staged concert featuring a live band and leading West End performers. With a sweeping contemporary score, AYLA is a story of courage, leadership and the choice to imagine a future beyond fear and division.

When the world lost its fire, she found her own.
