🍽 Part 2 | The 11-Course Taiwanese Reunion Feast

After the workshop, we gather for a traditional communal reunion feast (合菜) — a rare, curated 11-course Taiwanese New Year banquet, bringing the authentic taste of Lunar New Year celebrations to London.

From symbolic dishes of luck and abundance to nostalgic classics and warming winter favourites, each course tells a story of togetherness and prosperity — ending with Tang Yuan, the ultimate symbol of reunion.
